I had my hot water heater fail. Queen City was quick to secure a new Heat Pump unit despite very limited availability and have it installed on a tight timeline. It isn't my first time using them and they are always excellent.

I would highly recommend Queen City Plumbing. Our hot water heater was leaking. Called and spoke to Joe about it. He took it upon himself to check to see if our water heater was under warranty and it was. That is awesome customer service in my opinion!!! He was priced very reasonable and had it fixed very quickly. Thank you Joe and crew! Much appreciated :)

I have used this company for several years, always with appreciation. I recently had to use a plumber from the Derry area when Joe was not available and it was a true reminder of what crooks are out there who are incompetent to boot. This company has an efficient and professional team and the owner is always there to answer questions. Highly recommend.
